What was delivered
- Nine steps, each with AI doing the work: requirements from documentation and material, architecture, screens, a low-code front end, back-end code, testing, release, teaching the local model, and support after go-live.
- One rule for every step: AI proposes, people decide. Nothing moves on without a person's approval.
- A second AI reviews the work of the first before people test it.
- The loop: what support learns becomes the next round of requirements, and every lesson is taught to a local model that runs on our own machines.
- A 60-second explainer film in English and Mandarin, with narration and original music, made entirely in code.
Why it matters
Most AI projects stop at a clever demo. AI-DLC turns what worked on one real project into a repeatable kit: the same nine steps, the same approval points and the same local model carry the next project, with a person accountable at every step and the work data kept in-house.
