What was delivered
- Claude Opus 5.1 connected to OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) through the ODC MCP server.
- A working page built by the agent from a plain-language description: screen, data and logic created inside ODC.
- A first look at where the agent needs a human: reviewing the result and deciding what to publish.
How it works
- Describe the page you want in plain words.
- The agent calls the ODC MCP tools to create the screen, the data and the logic.
- It checks the result in ODC and adjusts until the page matches the request.
- A developer reviews it and publishes.
Why it matters
Low-code already saved developers from writing most of the code. With an agent driving the platform through MCP, the remaining clicks go too: the developer describes, reviews and decides. It also opened the door to doing the same with our own agentic AI, which is what the O11 work in September went on to do.
