What was delivered
- MiniMax H3 downloaded and installed locally, served through ComfyUI, with nothing uploaded to the cloud.
- A harness with a clear method and commands, so the local agent can operate the video model the same way every time, without anyone touching the node editor.
- A production pack as input: the content of each clip, the script, the characters, the backgrounds, the story and the sound.
- Automatic scheduling: the film is cut into 15-second clips, and each clip is assigned to a free GPU, so every GPU is working at once.
- Assembly at the end: the finished clips are matched in order and joined into a single movie file.
How it works
- Write the production pack: what happens in each 15-second clip, who appears, where, and what is heard.
- Push it to the harness; the agent turns each clip into a generation job for the video model.
- The harness gives each job its own GPU and runs them side by side, collecting each clip as it finishes.
- When all clips are back, they are joined into one film.
Why it matters
Making a film becomes a matter of describing it. The hard parts, the node graph, the queue and the hardware, sit inside the harness, so the hardware is fully used and the person only prepares the story. The three short films above were all made this way, on-premise.
